After many years working as a music teacher in schools, I now run my own business, 'Music By Arrangement', creating customised sheet music arrangements for ensembles in schools, music centres and churches, etc. Schools will often have a very unusual combination of instruments and players available, often at very different levels of ability. My compositions and arrangements of folk music and popular classics are based on my vast experience of directing orchestras, bands and ensembles in schools and area music centres, notably in the Leeds area.
